Introduction: These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Dynamic Reactions' services. By engaging with or utilizing our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Client Obligations: Clients engaging with Dynamic Reactions are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information regarding their staffing needs. Any false or misleading information may result in termination of services.
Candidate Screening: Dynamic Reactions undertakes rigorous screening processes to provide qualified candidates. However, the final decision on the suitability of a candidate lies with the client. We recommend clients conduct their due diligence and verification processes.
Recruitment Process: The recruitment process involves sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates. Candidates are considered property of Dynamic Reactions until a formal offer is accepted by the candidate.
Service Fees: Service fees for recruitment services are outlined in the agreed-upon contract between Dynamic Reactions and the client. Fees cover the recruitment process and are due upon the successful placement of a candidate.
Payment Terms: Invoices for services rendered are to be settled within 28 days from the date of the invoice. Failure to make payments within the stipulated time may result in the suspension of services.
Refund Policy: a. Refunds for candidate placement fees will be issued at the discretion of Dynamic Reactions and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. b. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated based on the circumstances surrounding the candidate's departure from the client company. c. Dynamic Reactions reserves the right to determine the eligibility for refunds, which may include considerations such as the length of the candidate's employment, the reason for their departure, and adherence to the terms of our fee structure agreement. d. Refunds or credits, if approved, will be subject to the terms and conditions specified in the fee structure agreement.
Confidentiality: Dynamic Reactions is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information. All sensitive data and details related to recruitment assignments will be handled with the utmost discretion.
Termination of Services: Either party may terminate services with a written notice period as per the terms agreed upon in the contract. In the event of termination, any outstanding fees must be settled promptly.
Code of Conduct: Dynamic Reactions expects both clients and candidates to adhere to professional conduct throughout the recruitment process. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or unethical behaviour will not be tolerated.
Liability: While Dynamic Reactions endeavours to provide the best possible candidates, we do not assume liability for any actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from the employment of candidates.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
Amendments: Dynamic Reactions reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified terms.
