4. Comparison and Selection Process

The comparison results provided by Dynamic Reactions are based on information available at the time of inquiry. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of any listed provider. Clients must directly engage with providers to finalize agreements.

5. Fees and Payments

6. Refund Policy

Additionally, the use of abusive language towards staff, clients, or any members of Dynamic Reactions will result in the immediate disbandment of the offending user’s profile.

We expect all users—both clients and providers—to engage professionally and ethically. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or fraudulent behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate suspension.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we endeavor to provide accurate and updated comparisons, we do not assume liability for any decisions, outcomes, or agreements made between clients and service providers. Engagement with listed providers is at the client’s sole risk.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.

12. Amendments
